Reservations
To ensure the availability of the specific dates and function-room of your choice, it is important to reserve as early as possible, particularly for weddings and Christmas parties.
 
Food & Beverages
All food and beverage items served must be provided by Le Bifthèque.

Menu Selection
Our banquet department will be pleased to assist you in planning a menu to suit your particular tastes. Menu selections are normally finalized at least two weeks prior to the event.
When selecting your menu choice, please remember that for each meal function the menu must be identical for all guests attending. Special dietary substitutions are available (in limited quantities) and should be arranged one week in advance of the function.

Beverage & Bar Laws
Le Bifthèque is the only licensed authority to sell wine, liquors and other beverages on the premises. For this reason, no beverages may be permitted other than those supplied by Le Bifthèque.

Prices, Taxes & Gratuities
Prices are current and may be subject to change after six months. All food prices and alcoholic beverages are subject to 7% G.S.T., 7.5% P.S.T. and 15% gratuity.

Guarantee
A guaranteed number of attendees is required 5 business days prior to the event. Should the event be scheduled on a Saturday or Sunday, the guarantee is required by noon the preceding Monday. If the attendance is less than the guaranteed number, Le Bifthèque will charge the guaranteed number. However, should the number of guests served be more than the guaranteed number, Le Bifthèque will charge the number served.

Special Arrangements
We will gladly assist you with floral arrangements, decorations, music or any other type of entertainment.

Rental Charges
For 20 persons or more, there will be no room charge, but a complete meal must be served. Organizers are financially responsible for damage sustained to the restaurant, as a result of the function.

Coat Check
We offer a complimentary coat check service in season.
